We ask for your name, TIN, and other individually identifying information when you register for the Claims Online Portal. We may also access information about you from our Contracting Department in order to provide Online Claims Online Portal services.


Optum will not, under any circumstances, share any patient or personal information with any third party.

We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and measures to protect the health and personal data that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction, and accidental loss. We also protect your information by requiring that all our employees and others who have access to, or are associated with, the processing of your data to respect your confidentiality.
